PRBLA Child Nutrition

Welcome to School Nutrition!

The Paul R. Brown Leadership Academy School Nutrition Program began in November 2023 by Mrs. Stephanie Bryan. Our entire Child Nutrition staff are ServSafe qualified because we are committed in being professionals who take pride in being highly trained and dedicated to serving our cadets the most nutritious meals.  We believe learning is greatly enhanced by making healthier food choices to fuel the brain.  This requires us to not only provide nutritious meal choices in a nurturing, caring, clean environment but to encourage each and every cadet to eat the healthy meals we serve at our school for breakfast, lunch and afterschool snacks.

This Is Us! Honesty, Respect, Accountability, Communication
